Payment and delivery

We like simple things. Like paying smoothly and receiving your products without any fuss.

At POW, you pay securely via our payment partners: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Currently, we have opted out of Klarna and American Express as they charge twice as much in fees compared to Visa and Mastercard. All prices are shown including VAT, and you will see the shipping cost before you confirm your order. We like clarity. And we suspect you do too.

We pack your order as quickly as we can. It is usually dispatched within 1 business day and typically delivered within 2–5 business days in Sweden. Sometimes it's faster. Sometimes logistics work against us. We always do our best.

Terms and conditions

We know that terms and conditions are often read about as frequently as the instruction manual for a microwave oven. But here you'll find important information on how it works when you shop with us. We've done our best to write clearly, fairly, and without unnecessary fuss.

General

These terms apply when you shop from impow.se and enter into an agreement with:

When we write "we", "us", or "Impow", we mean POW AB. When we write "you", we mean you as a customer.

Who can shop with us?

To shop, you need to be:

• At least 18 years old
• Residing in Sweden
• Shopping as a consumer

By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms. A bit like nodding across the counter, but digitally. The version of the terms that applies is the one published at the time of purchase.

About our products (and a bit about us)

POW creates protein products and functional foods for people who want to feel stronger, more energetic, and more sustainable in their everyday lives.

Our products are mixed in a small factory just outside the big city of Stockholm. The coffee beans used in our coffee products are roasted in a coffee roastery just north of Stockholm.

We believe it's important to know where things come from. And that they are made with care.

How a purchase is made

The products in the webshop are an offer to place an order, not a binding agreement. When you click "Complete purchase", you send an order to us. After this, we send an order confirmation via e-mail. This means we have received your order, but the agreement only becomes binding when:

• we send a delivery confirmation
or
• the product is shipped from our warehouse

We reserve the right to refuse orders in cases such as:

• technical errors
• incorrect pricing
• out of stock
• suspected fraud

Product information and use

Our products are food products and dietary supplements.

Always read:

• ingredient list
• allergy information
• recommended dosage

If you have medical conditions, allergies, are pregnant, or are being treated by a doctor, we recommend consulting healthcare professionals before use. Our products are intended to complement a varied diet, not replace it.

Prices and payment

All prices are stated in Swedish Kronor and include VAT. Shipping costs are clearly shown at checkout before the purchase is completed.

Payment is made via our payment partners: Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details are correct and that you have the right to use the selected payment method.

Delivery

We currently deliver within Sweden. Hopefully outside too, in the future.

Normal delivery time is 1–5 business days after order confirmation. During campaigns or high demand, delivery time may be slightly longer. Delivery is made via freight forwarder or home delivery depending on what is offered at checkout. You are responsible for providing the correct address. Incorrect information may incur additional costs.

Unclaimed packages

If packages are not collected, we may charge up to 200 SEK for return and handling costs. If you regret a purchase, the package must first be collected and then returned according to the return policy.

Right of withdrawal

By law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at:

You can use the Swedish Consumer Agency's withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

In case of cancelled purchase

We refund:

• the price of the item.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. Refunds will be made no later than 14 days after we have received the return or proof of return.

Returns and hygiene regulations

As we sell food products, products must be:

• Unopened
• Sealed
• In saleable condition

This applies for hygiene and safety reasons. We do not offer a taste guarantee as taste is like the backside – divided.

Complaints

You have the right to complain about a faulty product for up to three years according to the Consumer Sales Act. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered.

In case of an approved complaint, we cover return shipping and offer:

• replacement product
or
• refund

We may need to get the product back for quality control.

Fraud

We reserve the right to cancel purchases in case of suspected fraud. A police report may be filed.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or problems caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government decisions.

Intellectual property rights

All content on the website belongs to POW AB or our partners. Material may not be copied or used without written permission.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are settled in a Swedish court.

What information we collect

When you shop or contact us, we may collect:

Do you have to exercise to use protein powder?

No. Protein is needed by everyone. Not just people who lift heavy. The body uses protein every day to repair and build tissue.

Many people use protein powder to:

• cope better with everyday life
• recover after exercise
• get enough protein
• feel fuller for longer

Who are POW's products developed for?

POW is developed by women, for women. But everyone who likes quality, taste, and function can, of course, use our products.

We focus on making protein more accessible, less complicated, and more relevant for real life. Our products are also developed for those who want protein with a more balanced taste and less excessive sweetness.

What types of protein does POW have?

We offer several protein sources because different bodies and preferences look different:

• Whey protein – fast absorption, popular after exercise
• Casein – slower protein that provides longer satiety
• Clear whey – lighter, more juice-like protein
• Beef protein – dairy-free animal protein, juice-like protein
• Vegan protein – based on oats and peas

We also offer creatine as a dietary supplement for those who want to support strength, performance, and recovery.

When should you take protein?

There is no exact right answer. Most people take protein:

• after exercise
• as a snack
• as a supplement to breakfast
• when life is fast-paced and food isn't always

The most important thing is that you get enough total during the day.

What is creatine?

Creatine is a substance found naturally in muscles and acts as a quick fuel during explosive activities. Creatine increases performance during high-intensity training, and daily intake of creatine enhances the effect of strength training on muscle strength.

How do I mix protein powder?

Most people mix the powder with water or milk. Shake in a shaker, stir into yogurt, blend into a smoothie, or use in baking.

There are no rules. Just ways that suit your daily life.

Does protein powder taste strange?

We hope not. We work a lot with taste because we believe that function and enjoyment can coexist.

POW develops products with a less sweet taste profile than many traditional protein powders. But taste is personal, which is why we unfortunately do not offer a taste guarantee.

Are protein powder and creatine safe?

Yes, when used according to recommendations. Our products are produced according to food standards and quality controls.

Always read the ingredient list and dosage recommendations. If you have allergies or medical conditions, you should consult healthcare professionals.

Do your products contain allergens?

Any allergens are always clearly stated on the product's packaging and product page. Always read the ingredient list before use.

How much protein do you need per day?

The need varies depending on body, activity, and lifestyle. Generally, adults need more protein than many think, especially if you exercise or want to maintain muscle mass over time.

Protein powder can be an easy way to supplement your diet.

How quickly do you ship my order?

Normally, your order is shipped within 1 business day. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days within Sweden.

During campaigns, it can sometimes take a little longer. We always pack as quickly as we can.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping cost is always displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Can I return a product?

Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal by law. The product must be unopened and sealed as we sell food products.

What do I do if my product is damaged or incorrect?

Contact us directly via hej@impow.se and we will resolve it. Please save the packaging and product until we have helped you further.

Can I become a reseller or collaborate with POW?

Yes, we hope so. We are always looking for collaborations with stores, creators, and ordinary people who want to help more women get more protein.
