POW Clear Whey Lemon tastes like lemon. Not "protein powder with a lemon scent that vaguely resembles dish soap" – but actually lemon. Mixed with cold water and lots of ice, it becomes a slush that is ridiculously refreshing and contains more protein than you deserve for so little effort. Blend it, shake it in a shaker, or whisk it in a glass with that little IKEA milk frother that now lives its best life as a protein whisk. All roads lead to the right result.

INGREDIENTS (for 1 serving)

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Blend water, ice, and clear whey in a blender until you get a slushy consistency.
  2. Or: pour everything into a protein shaker, shake well, and drink directly from it. Less washing up. Just as good.
  3. Or: mix in a glass and whisk with IKEA's small milk frother – which we now call a protein whisk. We agree on that, right?
