Chocolate balls

We know. These balls aren't as sweet and tasty as chocolate balls made with sugar and butter. But - a very good alternative for all those days you need a protein-rich snack, when cravings strike. Because we like coffee. We like chocolate. These chocolate balls are a perfect snack to prepare and keep in the fridge.

Ingredients:
• 1 dl casein chocolate POW
• 2 dl milk of your choice
• 2 dl rolled oats
• 2 tbsp cocoa powder
• 2 tbsp cold coffee
• shredded coconut to roll the balls in
• (optional: 1-2 tbsp sweetener and vanilla powder for extra sweetness)

Instructions:
Mix everything except the coconut in a bowl.
Let it rest for 15 minutes in the fridge.
Roll small balls and coat them in shredded coconut.

The dough is sticky, you will get messy, but it's worth it for these protein-rich snack balls you can eat every single day. We never get tired of them.
