Chocolate Fluff

This is chocolate mousse, but without eggs, without cream, and with protein. We're not saying it's the same thing. We're saying it's very good on its own.

Whisk POW casein chocolate and semi-skimmed milk with an electric whisk – one minute for a looser consistency, three to five minutes for thick, fluffy, and mousse-like. Top with chopped chocolate and raspberries and serve immediately. It doesn't keep well in the fridge, but that's rarely a problem.

Do you want more sweetness or a stronger chocolate flavor? Add a little sweetener or a teaspoon of cocoa. Add a drop of peppermint oil for an after-eight mousse. Replace casein chocolate with POW casein vanilla for a vanilla fluff instead. 

INGREDIENTS (for 1-2 people)

If you want to decorate:

  • Chopped chocolate
  • Raspberries

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Whisk casein and milk with an electric whisk for about 1 minute for a looser fluff, or 3–5 minutes for thick and creamy.
  • Top with chopped chocolate and raspberries.
  • Eat immediately.
