This is a golden latte in nicecream form – spicy, creamy, and ridiculously satisfying. Frozen bananas and mango form the base, POW vanilla casein makes it smooth and rich in a way that regular smoothies don't quite achieve, and the spices do their job as spices should. Top with coconut and blueberries if you want contrast.

INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings)
- 400 g frozen bananas, chopped
- 100 g frozen mango, chopped
- 1 dl POW vanilla casein
- 1 tbsp turmeric
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- A pinch of freshly ground black pepper
- Approximately 1 dl coconut milk
To serve:
- Coconut
- Blueberries
INSTRUCTIONS
- Blend frozen bananas, frozen mango, casein, spices, and coconut milk in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy.
- Serve immediately in a bowl and top with coconut and blueberries.
