Frozen raspberries thawing in the bowl, casein and milk added, a couple of minutes with an electric whisk – and you have a raspberry fluff that's pink in a way that feels almost undeserved for something so simple.
POW vanilla casein makes it creamy and rich, the raspberries make it tart and cheerful. If you want a soft-serve consistency, put it in the freezer for twenty minutes before whisking – then something a little magical happens. Eat immediately, it doesn't do well in the fridge. But that's rarely a problem.
INGREDIENTS (for 1-2 people)
- 1 dl POW Vanilla Casein
- 1 dl frozen raspberries
- 2 dl milk of choice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Let the raspberries thaw for 2–3 minutes in the bowl.
- Add the casein and milk and mash it a bit with the whisks before starting the electric whisk.
- Whisk for 2–3 minutes for a soft fluff.
- Eat immediately.
