In Italy, cappuccino is strictly a morning drink and considered a breakfast in itself. That's not enough for us.
High protein cappuccino nicecream
INGREDIENTS (2 servings)
- 250 g frozen bananas
- 250 g frozen mango
- 2 scoops POW coffee protein whey
- 2 scoops POW creatine
- 1 tsp date syrup (or 1 small Medjool date)
- approx. 2 dl unsweetened almond drink
To serve: Chocolate sauce, vanilla quark, chocolate chips, coffee powder
INSTRUCTIONS
- Blend bananas, mango, coffee protein, creatine, date syrup, and almond drink in a high-speed blender until you get a smooth, creamy consistency.
- Pour a little chocolate sauce into the bottom of two glasses.
- Spoon about 1 dl of vanilla quark into each glass.
- Fill with nicecream.
- Top with more chocolate sauce, a few chocolate chips, and a little coffee powder.
- Enjoy. Go out and conquer the world.
