In Italy, cappuccino is strictly a morning drink and considered a breakfast in itself. That's not enough for us.

High protein cappuccino nicecream

INGREDIENTS (2 servings)

  • 250 g frozen bananas
  • 250 g frozen mango
  • 2 scoops POW coffee protein whey
  • 2 scoops POW creatine
  • 1 tsp date syrup (or 1 small Medjool date)
  • approx. 2 dl unsweetened almond drink

To serve: Chocolate sauce, vanilla quark, chocolate chips, coffee powder

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Blend bananas, mango, coffee protein, creatine, date syrup, and almond drink in a high-speed blender until you get a smooth, creamy consistency.
  2. Pour a little chocolate sauce into the bottom of two glasses.
  3. Spoon about 1 dl of vanilla quark into each glass.
  4. Fill with nicecream.
  5. Top with more chocolate sauce, a few chocolate chips, and a little coffee powder.
  6. Enjoy. Go out and conquer the world.
