CREAMY COFFEE & BLUEBERRY NICECREAM A LA ANNA
Nicecream is ice cream made from frozen fruit and berries. Simple principle, astonishing results – especially when adding protein.
POW coffee whey protein not only makes the dish more filling. It absorbs the liquid and provides a firmer, creamier consistency that takes the nicecream from good to next level. Blend banana, mango, coffee whey, and coconut drink into a creamy coffee layer, pour half into bowls – then add frozen blueberries and more banana to the rest and blend again. Pour, lightly swirl the flavors, and top with blueberries. And a violet if you have one in your garden. It’s that kind of recipe.
INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings)
Coffee layer:
- 200 g frozen banana
- 200 g frozen mango
- 1 scoop POW coffee whey protein
- 1 dl unsweetened coconut drink
Blueberry layer:
- 100 g frozen blueberries
- 100 g frozen banana
For topping:
- Frozen blueberries
- A violet if you have one in the garden
INSTRUCTIONS
- Blend banana, mango, coffee whey protein, and coconut drink in a high-speed blender until smooth.
- Pour half into two bowls.
- Add frozen blueberries and frozen banana to the rest and blend until smooth.
- Pour the blueberry layer into the bowls and lightly swirl the flavors.
- Top with blueberries and a violet if you are lucky enough to have one in the garden!
