High protein cookie dough fudge - how delicious?!
Ingredients for the cookie dough balls:
250 g well-rinsed chickpeas
3 tbsp almond flour
3 tbsp peanut butter
2 tsp vanilla sugar
1 dl vanilla casein protein
2 tbsp maple syrup
A pinch of salt
1. Blend to a smooth consistency in a high-speed blender, food processor, or with a hand mixer.
2. Add chocolate chips (who's counting?) and roll into balls.
Melt chocolate + peanut butter (50/50) and pour into silicone molds. Then press in the cookie dough and cover with more 🍫🥜. Top with flaky salt.
Let chill for a while before removing the pieces from the molds.
