Protein-rich nice cream topped with crunchy walnuts, white chocolate, and sweet honey.
Ingredients (for 2):
100 g grated carrots
200 g frozen banana
200 g frozen mango
1 scoop POW casein protein vanilla
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground cardamom
1 dl unsweetened almond milk
Instructions:
Blend carrots and almond milk. Then add the rest and blend until just smooth.
Serve in bowls and top with chopped walnuts, white chocolate chips, and a little liquid honey.
