This is what happens when you put frozen bananas, frozen mango, and frozen pink pitaya in a blender and let POW vanilla casein do the work. The result is pink, creamy, and ridiculously delicious – and packed with protein, so it actually counts as a snack and not just a treat.

6. INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings)

Nicecream:

  • 200 g frozen bananas
  • 200 g frozen mango
  • 200 g frozen pink pitaya (raspberries also work, but the taste will be a bit tart)
  • 2 scoops (30 g each) POW vanilla casein protein
  • 1–2 dl unsweetened coconut drink

Coulis:

  • 200 g frozen mango
  • 100 g passion fruit

7. INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Blend bananas, mango, pitaya, casein, and coconut drink in a high-speed blender until the consistency is smooth and thick. Start with 1 dl of coconut drink and add more if the blender struggles. Use the tamper!
  2. Blend mango and passion fruit to a coulis and pour into glasses.
  3. Pour the nicecream over and serve immediately. If you wait too long, it will melt. You already know that, but we said it anyway.
