POW unflavored whey protein, milk, cocoa, frozen banana slices, and peanut butter. Blend, pour, drink. It tastes like a milkshake that's decided to take life seriously – and it's filling in a way that will make you understand why some people drink it every day.

INGREDIENTS (for 1 serving)

  • 1 dl POW unflavored whey protein
  • 2 dl milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 10 frozen banana slices (or ½ a banana)
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter or peanuts

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Blend everything in a blender until smooth.
  • Pour and enjoy.
