Protein Iced Coffee

This is iced coffee. But with POW coffee whey protein in it. That's the whole point and it's good enough to drink every morning.

Milk, cold coffee or an espresso shot, a handful of ice and coffee whey. Shake in a shaker, or whisk with IKEA's small latte whisk. Add 3–5 grams of POW creatine for extra POW. Then start the day as someone who knows their priorities.

INGREDIENTS (for 1 serving)

  • ½ scoop of POW coffee whey protein
  • 3 dl of milk of your choice
  • 1 dl of cold coffee or an espresso shot
  • A handful of ice

DIRECTIONS

  • Pour everything into a shaker and shake well.
  • Or whisk together with IKEA's small milk frother directly in the glass.
  • Drink. Start your day.

Tip: Add 3–5 grams of POW creatine for extra POW. No shaker? Use IKEA's small milk frother – works great.
