Protein porridge

Chocolate protein porridge that keeps you full for longer.

Ingredients:

2 dl rolled oats

1 scoop vegan chocolate protein (can be replaced with chocolate casein, vanilla or unflavored)

3 dl water

Instructions:
Mix 2 dl rolled oats with one scoop of POW vegan chocolate protein. Our chocolate or vanilla casein works just as well, or you can use unflavored if you prefer a neutral porridge.
Pour in 3 dl water, stir while gently bringing to a boil.
Simmer for 1-2 minutes. Done!

Tip!
Here at home, we often add peanut butter, frozen blueberries, Greek yogurt, and a few turns of the cardamom grinder.
