INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings)
- 2 dl short-grain rice
- 4.5 dl water
- 2 scoops POW vanilla casein
- 4 dl milk of choice
To serve:
- Mango
- Grated lemon zest
INSTRUCTIONS
- Rinse the rice and cook with water for 10–12 minutes.
- Meanwhile, whisk vanilla casein with milk until fluffy.
- Fold the rice into the fluff.
- Serve with mango and grated lemon zest.
