Risifrutti is one of those childhood memories that stays with you into adulthood. This is the same feeling, but with POW vanilla casein.

Cook the short-grain rice until soft, whisk vanilla casein until fluffy with milk, then fold everything together into a creamy, airy risifrutti that actually fills you up. Top with mango and grated lemon zest for that fresh contrast that elevates the whole snack. Simple, protein-rich, and ready in fifteen minutes.

INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings)

To serve:

  • Mango
  • Grated lemon zest

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Rinse the rice and cook with water for 10–12 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, whisk vanilla casein with milk until fluffy.
  • Fold the rice into the fluff.
  • Serve with mango and grated lemon zest.
