This cookie dough is so good you'll find yourself snacking on it. Before training. After training. Without training. All occasions are right.
POW vanilla casein, almond flour, peanut butter, maple syrup, Medjool dates, salted peanuts, and chocolate. Mix it up, top with flaky salt, and eat directly with a spoon or portion with a scoop if you want to pretend you have self-control. It lasts several days in the fridge, but it's rarely something you need to worry about – it's usually eaten long before then.
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 dl almond flour
- 2 dl casein protein vanilla
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- approx. 1 dl unsweetened almond drink
- 5 (large) chopped Medjool dates
- 1/2 dl chopped salted peanuts
- 1/2 dl chopped chocolate or chocolate chips
Flaky salt for topping
Instructions:
1. First, mix together peanut butter, maple syrup, and chopped Medjool dates.
2. Fold in almond flour, protein powder, and vanilla sugar.
3. Add almond drink, a little at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
4. Mix in peanuts and chocolate.
5. Eat directly with a spoon or portion with a scoop and top with flaky salt.
