Fresh spinach, green apple, a pinky-sized piece of ginger, a little red chili, and the juice and zest of a lemon or lime – blended with cold water, ice cubes, and POW unflavored whey protein. The result is fresh, green, and invigorating in a way that feels almost undeserved for something that takes three minutes to make. Add 3–5 grams of POW creatine for an extra strength boost.
INGREDIENTS (for 1 serving)
- 1 dl POW unflavored whey protein
- A large handful of fresh spinach
- 3 dl cold water
- 1 green apple, preferably Granny Smith
- 1 pinky-sized piece of ginger
- 1 lemon or lime – juice and zest
- A small piece of red chili
- A large handful of ice cubes
INSTRUCTIONS
- Blend everything in a powerful blender until smooth.
