The creamiest vanilla ice cream with caramel sauce. So heavenly, protein-rich, and simple!
INGREDIENTS (for 2 people):
- 300 g frozen bananas
- 200 g frozen mango
- 1 scoop vanilla casein protein
- 1-2 dl unsweetened almond drink
INSTRUCTIONS:
Blend in a high-speed blender until just smooth, not a second longer, or it will become runny.
CARAMEL SAUCE:
Mix 1 tbsp peanut butter with 1 tbsp maple syrup in a small bowl. Heat in the microwave, 400 W for about 20 seconds, and stir.
Serve in a bowl with homemade healthier cookie dough rolled into small balls and caramel sauce.
