Vegan overnight oats raspberry & chocolate

Overnight oats:
• 1 dl vegan oat & pea protein chocolate POW
• 2 dl rolled oats
• 2 dl vegan milk, optionally substitute 2 tbsp with strong cold coffee if you're feeling a bit grown up.
• 1 tsp chia seeds
• 8-10 frozen raspberries

Yogurt layer:
• Vegan yogurt of your choice
• Cardamom

Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients for the overnight oats. Let chill for 10 minutes.
2. Immediately layer into a glass jar with a few layers of vegan yogurt of your choice. Sprinkle a little cardamom over each layer.
3. Decorate with a few extra raspberries before serving.

Portion size:
This makes 1-2 snacks depending on your needs.

Tip!
Make it non-vegan by using dairy milk and quark or Greek yogurt.
Love coffee? Substitute some of the liquid with 2 tbsp of coffee.

NB!
This will have a thick consistency to allow for layering. If you want regular overnight oats without yogurt layers, use 1 dl extra liquid.
