Pistachio candy egg

Protein-rich pistachio eggs with white saffron chocolate

Recipe:
2 dl almond flour
1 dl casein protein vanilla
1/2 dl pistachio cream
1/2 dl maple syrup
2 tbsp coconut oil (or more pistachio cream)
1 tsp vanilla sugar
a pinch of salt

Instructions:

Mix the ingredients (dry first) and roll into balls/eggs.
Melt 150g white chocolate with 1 tsp coconut oil, then add 1/2 pack of saffron to the melted chocolate.
Dip in chocolate and top with mini Smarties.
Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
