High Protein LIMONCELLO ice cream - a true summer dream!
INGREDIENTS:
300 g frozen mango
100 g frozen banana
1 scoop clear whey protein lemon
Juice from 1/2 a lemon
A splash of unsweetened coconut drink
(Add 3-5 g of creatine for an extra boost)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Blend until smooth and top with grated lemon zest and a little honey. DO NOT skip the topping here; it's the difference that makes all the difference and teleports you straight to the Amalfi Coast. Ciao!
