Rhubarb has a short and intense season, and it's right now. Get out into the garden, pick some, and make this. The base is creamy vanilla, and the cardamom is that something people can't quite put their finger on but that makes them ask for the recipe. Don't say anything. Let them wonder. This year's favorite snack – we promise.
Ingredients:
- 200 g frozen bananas
- 200 g frozen mango
- 100 g frozen rhubarb
- 100 g frozen strawberries
- 2 scoops POW casein vanilla
- 1 tsp cardamom seeds
- 2 dl unsweetened almond drink
Caramel sauce:
- 1 tbsp melted peanut butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- A little flaky sea salt
Topping:
- Fresh strawberries
- Granola
Instructions:
- Blend in a high-speed blender.
- Stir together peanut butter, maple syrup, and a pinch of flaky sea salt. This makes the caramel sauce!
- Layer the "ice cream" with strawberries, granola, and caramel sauce in a glass.
- Top with more of everything. It's called "extra everything" for a reason.
