Vegan triple chocolate bark

High Protein Vegan Triple Chocolate Bark

Okay, we can break this into pieces, but we understand if you eat the whole plate at once. It's your evening. This recipe is vegan, takes about 10 minutes to make, requires no oven, and tastes more like something you buy when you have a craving for sweets than something you make at home in a fit of healthy ambition. Our vegan chocolate protein does the heavy lifting when it comes to protein — you do the rest.

Ingredients What goes in the dough:
  • 2 dl almond flour
  • 1 dl POW vegan chocolate protein
  • ½ dl peanut butter
  • ½ dl date syrup (maple syrup also works well)
  • 2 tbsp liquid butter or coconut oil
  • A pinch of salt

What goes on top:

  • ½ dl chocolate chips (stirred into the dough)
  • Melted chocolate
  • Chopped pecans
  • Flaky sea salt
Instructions
  1. Mix in a bowl. It should form a rather compact mass — that's how it's supposed to be.
  2. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  3. Flatten the dough on a piece of parchment paper.
  4. Pour melted chocolate over everything.
  5. Sprinkle with pecans and flaky sea salt.
  6. Into the freezer or fridge for an hour.
  7. Break into pieces. Eat. Optionally share, but it's not necessary.
