Martin's tasteless porridge

This isn't a recipe invented in a test kitchen. It's a recipe invented by someone who wanted a good breakfast without making a fuss. Our taste panel-Martin mixes tasteless whey protein directly into the dry oat flakes before adding water – a little trick that prevents clumping. Then it's gentle boiling, constant stirring, and finally a generous amount of blueberries, peanut butter, and quark. And a big cup of coffee. The last part is non-negotiable.

Ingredients (1 serving):

Instructions:

  1. Mix the whey protein with the dry oats directly in the saucepan.
  2. Pour in the water.
  3. Gently bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent it from sticking to the bottom.
  4. Cook until you are satisfied with the thickness.
  5. Stir in a generous amount of blueberries and warm to a pleasant temperature.
  6. Top with peanut butter and quark.
  7. Serve with a pot of coffee. It's important.
