Tell us, who are you?

I have a background in elite alpine skiing – and since then I've switched disciplines to what has proven to be just as demanding: being a parent of two. And I love it.

I live in the middle of the mountains with my fiancé and our children. Here we live an active life, with small adventures in nature whenever the opportunity arises. Weekdays are filled with work, studies, training as much as possible – and always good coffee.

What is your relationship with protein?

Since my elite athlete days, protein has always been a hot topic. I still remember the first dietary registration with my nutritionist – it was an eye-opener both in terms of how much protein the body actually needs and what that means in terms of volume on the plate.

Today, when daily life is hectic and meals rarely have time to be eaten hot, an extra protein boost is a lifesaver. In the morning smoothie, after a workout, on the way to preschool, or when dinner didn't quite turn out as planned.

Give us your favorite recipe!

A quick breakfast smoothie made by feel: banana, frozen mango, coconut & almond drink, and a scoop of POW vanilla protein powder. Plus a handful of spinach – because you want to feel extra strong.

Favorite flavor?

Clear whey pink grapefruit and casein vanilla. A combination that covers both fast and slow.

Which flavor do you dislike the most and why?

Vegan chocolate protein – but only because I am a very picky chocolate lover. The bar is set high.
